He was the founding chairman of Awami Jubo League. As the president of Tejgaon Regional Workers League, Moni actively participated in various organizational activities of the League and Awami League. In 1975, Sheikh Moti was appointed one of the most important editors of Bangabandhu Krishak Sramik Awami League.
Sheikh Fazlul Huq Moni led Bangladesh delegation to the Berlin Youth Festival in 1973. He was actively involved with the World Peace Movement. He was a successful organizer, advocate and facilitator. In addition to the editorial, he wrote many articles and articles in the name of himself and in the pseudonym. The 'Circle' was compiled on six sections and short stories of his short stories in 1969. In 1974, the second story of Sheikh Moni was released in the form of 'Geeta Roy'.
On the black night of August 15, 1975, Sheikh Fazlul Huq Moni and his pregnant wife Begum Arju Moni were killed by the killer.
