A Long Switch From Iowa Interstate, Manifest Train Slowly Passed Through The Town

I was late for 2 mixed car/manifest trains. I was on time to see the Iowa Interstate train shove cars into their yard. It took almost half an hour for the train to do its switching. When a train goes forward and reverse, this is called Switching.
They are sorting out/shoving cars in a depot/yard at the end of the train.
