🎥 Make Your Social Media Video Betters Better - Video Intro Maker & Other Tools

in #video7 years ago (edited)

In 2017 video is the content commodity that is making the biggest splash with marketers and small business owners online and continues to build on a trend we have seen increasing over the past couple of years.

Unfortunately, lots of designers and business owners publish and share low-quality videos or don't have an easy way to create such content without breaking the bank on an "experiment".

With some simple tools, this is no longer the case!

Viddyoze 2.0

Viddyoze is a fantastic tool for video products, editors and also small business owners who want an inexpensive video intro maker and a tool capable of creating lower thirds, alpha overlays, professional transitions, and social media effects to help promote your brand across all channels.

If you are comfortable with video editing then this tool will allow you to add that extra touch that before was only possible by either hiring a 3D animator or buying expensive templates one at a time and then learning how to use them in programs like Adobe After Effects. With Viddyoze you can just upload your raw footage, add the desired template or overlay and render the content ready to use or add to a video editing program like iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Filmora or a free video editor.

Filmora

An affordable video editing suite for Windows or Mac users that I am featuring because it is ridiculously easy to use for beginners and as such will drastically help those with limited experience and training to still "hopefully" create professional videos for their websites or brand.

Check out Filmora here.

GoAnimate

GoAnimate is my favourite choice if you want to make an explainer video for your company either to use on your website or in social sharing or advertising then this is the easiest tool with the most options. Create videos that explain what your company does with minimal and simple graphics which stand the test of time and you can go back and edit and keep up to date at any time.

The big advantage with explainer videos is that you don't need raw footage and if you want to make an edit you can login and make adjustments, save a new copy and you are done. On the other hand, if you had a video with actors, you need those same actors and need them to look the same which often means a complete re-do anyway. That can get expensive.

One good alternative worth noting is Animaker.

Cloud Video Tools

There are several other cloud video editor tools that provide similar options to create short form video content using templates, pre set music and your videos and photos.

biteable.com - Very easy to use, free to start, attractive templates and you can also make simple explainer videos with this tool. Allows you to upload your videos and photos but also includes a large library of 2D & 3D animation scenes, cartoons, and other options you can put to good use and help you be creative.

magisto.com - One of the better known and has some very professional templates for businesses, marketers and photographers. Used by Forbes, Wired, TechCrunch and Mashable to name a few of the digital powerhouses that put it to use. Check out the examples for yourself.

Video Apps for Smartphones

Fear not smartphone users there are plenty of tools you get straight into with any of the iPhones or Androids. Some apps may also work on other platforms but it's less common.

FilmoraGo - Like it's parent this video app is very easy to use and does everything you would want to in a smartphone video editing app and gets our best of the bunch vote.

Quik - Quik is exactly that! A video editing app for iPhone or Android that is fast to use. which is convenient since it's made by the action camera company GoPro for people on the move, travelling, out and about this is an ideal way to quickly cut, chop and edit your video content to share while on the move.

Ripl - An interesting app with in app upgrades that allows you to turn simple photos into short videos with overlays, text effects etc. Quite a nice way to create short video content to share from your phone on Instagram, Facebook etc.

Spark by Adobe - Spark has revolved into being a suite of tools but the video tool is a great simple video tool to use on smartphones with the features you would expect from an Adobe Mobile app that's free.

So that's it for now! Have any video tool suggestions that are easy to use that you are having success with? Let me know in the comments.

Thanks

Very good and useful post, please follow the rules in the facebook group ''Resteem to be Resteemed'', I already resteemed your post.

Sorry, think I missed one step. Will message you on FB to clarify.

Good, informative post. Welcome to Steemit @davidalexander.

Thanks Robrigo. Happy to be here. The community seems helpful and positive, hard to find in this age online "ahem" YouTube Commenters!! :/ :o

thanks a lot for pointing to these tools
I think I'm going to use at least one of them because I really face problems with making videos

You are more than welcome buddy! Yeah, video can seem daunting because there are so many dimensions when compared with writing, at least in terms of a technical production point of view. With writing you plan and start writing or typing but with video you need an entirely different approach. Would love to hear your feedback on any of the tools you do decide to try! Come back soon.

nice thread sir , if i get more stronger than today for vote , i try maybe allways to vote you :)

Thank you. That is very nice of you to say/offer. Wishing you a lovely day.

Thank you for the information, I am wanting to get into vlogging and will give it a go now. Cheers!

Vlogging is a hot area right now and a great way to create short form video content. What kind of subjects were you planning to vlog about? or were you thinking broader and covering lifestyle topics? Some of these tools are well suited to vlogging beginners.
