Stress and hormones!
Every ones know that stress release the hormone cortisol into your bloodstream.
Often called the “stress hormone,”
Cortisol, increases sugars (glucose) in the bloodstream,
enhances your brain's use of glucose
and increases the availability of substances that repair
tissues, people have a problem with a weight lost, anxiety and fatigue.
Sleeping well is one of the way to balance your hormones, that how I come up with idea to make a sleeping sound.
The rain is one of the powerful nature sound which make me relax and putting me in to the deep sleep.
I play a Native American flute and Tibetian bowl on the back ground in this video.
