Game Store caught pulling good cards out of Magic packs and resealing

Anyone who has played Magic know the game is a huge money sink. The game revolves around random luck when purchasing "booster packs" to add to your collection. These cards vary from $0.01 to $250,000 per card. Unfortunately the store that did this wasn't mentioned and it is likely they will never get in trouble for it either.
