This is sort of a rambling video update. I didn't want to chop it all up, I just wanted to speak my mind and try to stop hiding all the time. Sorry it's so long. The basic message is: I've been struggling to climb out of a slump, but I've always been good at fighting my hardest when i'm at rock bottom. If things aren't going well, and all you want to do is hide away from everything, that's when you have to push your hardest. There's nothing you can't climb out of with enough hard work. There's nothing you can't do with enough determination. So keep fighting, and let me know if I can help.

When you said that you felt trapped I could really feel you. That is exactly the feeling that I can share with you. This situation, this house, this job, this whole life sometimes feels like prison. Like the wrong thing. I hope we can backup each other even through that long distance. Thanks for your honesty.
You're welcome man! I'm way overdue for some travel... but sometimes even just dropping everything and going camping is enough to feel better about my situation for a while. It really helps when you have a lot of great people who have your back too! Thank you, man!
Thanks for having the courage to put this out there Jeff. This kind of content is so helpful to people. You're showing human vulnerability, openness, honesty, your reality. I go through these things too and hide - books, sleep, movies, anything that helps me to escape. I'm lucky that I do have a safe place to go and talk about it, but really the world can be a safe place to open up as you have, because there won't be a single person out there who can't relate to how you're feeling on some level, and if more people spoke this way, the world would be a more beautiful place.
Or you could just put on the Downward Spiral on a good pair of headphones. There's only been one time I can think of where that didn't help me, and that was a BAAAAD sign!

Thanks man! In a way it was freeing. I sort of bottle it up a lot of the time and I become so calloused to emotions that I stop feeling anything. I feel a lot better now and I'm getting back to work! It's really helped a lot having the ddaily fam to keep me motivated. I'm glad you can be a apart of it and I'm really glad to know you!
