Tannenberg gameplay/review
That moment when you notice your on an empty server and your just playing with bots...
So far, i think this game is pretty flipin fun! Especially compared to there previous game, Verdun.
Steam description: Experience authentic First World War action with 64 player battles of maneuver on the Eastern Front. Warfare between the Russian Empire and the Central Powers is a tense battle for dominance – stay close to your squad to survive!
What I like about it:
- AI bot's fill servers if theres no players. (Speaking of AI, its a LOT better than Verdun's.)
- The sound is awesome. (Almost to the point of competing with Red orchestra.)
- The graphics are nice.
What I Dislike about it:
- Co-op mode is gone.
- It has its fair share of bugs (Not a lot, just a couple here and there.)
The other stuff:
- Weapon selection is a lot more simple. (Just bolt action rifles and pistols really.)
- Each map has Sunny, snowy, foggy and night time variants.
- Very little squad or team play. (Almost) everyone just runs off and captures random areas.
So if your willing to suffer through the fact that this is in Early access, then I definitely recommend this game. If not, then you probably should stay away for a while and wait for it to get a bit more stable.
