You don't necessarily need a image hosting website. You can just copy the image URL by right clicking the image you want to use then paste it on the post.
The URL will be shown in automatically in the preview section below the "POST" button. You don't need to understand or even know HTML, you just need to know how to copy and paste URL links for both IMAGES and VIDEO.
