I know a lot of attempts at doing trading didn't go through as I didn't know how to confirm them. 2 of them did work, though, luckily.

@eric-boucher - once the consulting tool is made available you can cross reference your info from the data we've confirmed. Any discrepancies will be handled on a case by case basis. Thank you for being so patient during this process.
