Possible River Flooding Catastrophe In The Near Future, My Prediction!?

My prediction is simply this, the Wyoming valley is in for a ride this summer. Im not a certified weatherman, though I have 3 of 4 years in on a degree in environmental engineering and Ive spent the last two decades of my life at one with the Susquehanna River in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. The flood of 2018 could be much worse than the flood of 72! You were warned!
