Blog #225: Stir-fried squid - Korean elite cuisine.
On cool or light rain, fried squid ink will be attractive dishes for the whole family.
Ingredients for spicy sauteed squid:
- 2 squid
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 2 Green peppers
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (type Red peppers, but not spicy)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon White wine
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon particles wedge
- 1 tablespoon garlic hash
- 1 tablespoon Sesame White.
Making:
Fresh squid bought for cleaning, stripped out the outer membrane and internal gut.
Cut the squid into pieces.
Put all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Mix the ink well with the mixture and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Put the pan on the stove, pour in the oil and fry the onion and sliced carrot.
Continue to squeeze the seasoning into sauté pan with vegetables. When the squid is nearly ripened, add green onions and white sesame seeds to the island for 1 minute and then turn off the stove.
