I have seen people with bad attitudes give excuses for their character or never accept the fact that 95% or 50% of their characters is harmful to others.

From my little research people with the worst set of character give the best advice on how to avoid having does character because they don't want to agree or allow you see they have such traits.

Why is character building neccesary?From my stand point good character is necessary for healthy socialization.You might be a Father, Mum,Boss,Church leader or even a President .These positions are for leadership and service there must be respect accorded to your followers and you must feel their pain and struggle.

There is 95% chance if not 100% that what you give to your followers in character they will give back to you. I used 95% because you can never please some people even if die for them. So whether is Respect, love, care, compassion you show to your followers they will do same to you.

Followers should also do their best to give their 100% but remember still even if you die for some leader's you can never change their attitude do the best you can.

Nobody is born with a bad character you learnt everything you know today,just as you learnt reading, talking, writing,walking even the bad attitude was learnt.Stop giving the impression to people that this is who you are, God created me this way,No! No!! No!!! It's either you choose to be who you are or you had a bad upbringing.These characters can be changed,how possible is it to change?Very possible. Been a Christian is not enough Apostle Paul talked about the renewal of your mind through Gods word.

He said these words because he knows you have learnt so many wrong things overtime and only meditating on God's word which obviously shows us the Gods character has abilty to change us.You might not know the damage you are causing loved ones emotionally.It might be your wife who cooks and you always complain about her food, it might be your children you yell out on daily basis, it might be a friend,brother or even staffs.

One day they will get to their breaking point for children they will stop telling you secrets, for your spouse he or she become disrespectful, for staffs they stop sacrificing their time and effort. And mind you people react differently to issue's some can even commit suicide.That why the bible emphasizes on love alot. If you love other you wont do to them what you won't do to yourself.

Some people even go as far as saying they have different attitude in different locations.The truth is you haven't had the opportunity to show your bad characters you can be proud because you're rich and you go to a function you are as a rich man, becomes the poorest because you in a gathering of multi billionaires in such circumstances you will only hide you character because in terms of finance you are way down.Some if given the smallest opportunity will show their ill character.

And this an advice for those who have had multiple emotional distortion due to someone else's bad attitude.Please if you are getting depressed stay away from such people or create boundaries on how you relate with them. They will always come back to say i have changed but must time's they don't they only act sorry for conscience sake..When you forgive them they hurt you again and when their conscience pricks them they come back begging they can do this for the rest of their entire life.The question is if you hang on can you bear the pain forever.

Changing is a decision till you sense that change in a person you better be cautious.
Guide your heart from pain but never stop loving them just don't give them that opportunity to hurt you.

To be great man or woman on the surface of the earth you must take time to build your character.Run a check on yourself daily no what is wrong and keep working on them in no time change will come. But if you have not made an efforts no man can change you. Learn how to control your tongue what you say speaks volume of you.

How you use words matter's make a decision to trash bad attitudes.Learn a new way to live.
