I have just seen your presentation at SteemFest, very interesting. I think it's too early for the proposal system to fund such projects, Steem as a blockchain is young and needs to fund development over business at the moment.

Also, your product looks way too good for something that hasn't started making money yet. I would suggest checking out the lean startup way. It's a book by Eric Ries.

Reduce the scope of the business for the lauch, get out there and and get restaurants to participate, then improve from there. You just need a minimal product, which you have.
