Trying to get a early morning walk in again

Couple years ago I walked pretty much every day at 6:00 a.m. or before. It was a great way to start the day, sometimes even before my coffee and I feel like overall it led to feeling better throughout the day. I'm trying to start that up again and maybe even get a morning run in but we'll have to see. This day it was quite foggy out and the sun had not yet burned through the fog but it was still a pretty walk.
