Over USD 6 Million Stolen (or was it $8000) Despite Using Trezor.
Not sure if this is just fake news or FUD, but recently a man apparently lost 8000 ETH while asleep despite using Trezor hardware wallet.

About 5 months ago, I wrote an article titled "Why I Am Not Using Hardware Wallet For Cold Storage" here at https://steemit.com/wallet/@dorky/why-i-am-not-using-hardware-wallet-for-cold-storage that may be of informational use to those that seriously consider an alternative to using hardware wallet.
Update:
If only the victim segregated his 8000 ETH maybe into 100 different addresses (each containing 80 ETH, for example) with strongly-encrypted private keys for cold storage safely kept away from any online computer, and use only 1 such address for trading, etc, he may have lost far less instead of 8000 ETH in one go despite using Trezor.
Update #2:
I suppose it must be $8000 worth of ETH.
