Just saying ... Clean Coal??? and Civil Asset Forfeiture

The EPA's own tests show that clean coal doesn't work but the companies are not shut down or made to pay back the monsey they receive from you and me in the form of government subsidies. What is the purpose of the EPA then? If you have a restaurant and it doesn't pass some health inspection, you are shut down immediately but just imagine what might happen if they shut down a coal facility! It would be like letting the BANKs fail hahaha.
