I lived with my mother is an old house which my father built before he died. Life became so hard for I and my mother I stopped schoolling at my tender age..my mom tried to make a living for us by working as a maid for Mr Thompson..mr Thompson is A very rich and popular man in our community then,to ME he sounds nice but my mom never ever talk about her master
..shes always mute when ever I asked her about Mr Thompson , I never wondered why...
On a cold Sunday morning,was the worst day of my life, I woke up went straight to mom's room I met my mom on the bed still sleeping I was very surprised that my mom was still sleeping at this hour then I saw a letter on the bed close to her I took it and stare at it ,the content I do not understand because I don't know how to read or write,still I was thinking why mom will leave a note for ME, then I went closer to mom, momma please wake up you getting late Mr Thompson would be very upset, then I touched my mom's feet it was so cold I was scared at first my heart started racing " No mom is okay " I said to my self.. I tried my best to wake my mom up then it occurred to ME that my mom is gone... The only person that loves ME, the only family I knew, I cried out loud,i said to my self again " I will take mom to the hospital she would be fine" I cried out again in pain, I rushed out to get the neighbors But unfortunately my mom was far gone they tried all their best but it keep occurring to ME that my mom is gone....
I could not believe any of this happening to me I have no where to go, only my father's house no food to eat,i could remember the address of Mr Thompson I went there, when I got there I knocked twice then I heard a very deep voice "WHO IS AT THE DOOR" I was so scared but I stood there and answered sir I'm here that all I could say then he said "DONT YOU HAVE A NAME" then I said it Anita , the daughter of Hannah who worked for you, he opened the door but I saw no one I walked in... I saw him sitting when I entered I was very scared, then he said to ME how can I be of help to you Anita in a very nice voice, I knelt down and begged him to allow ME work for him to make a living ,then he came closer to ME and hold my hands and told ME of course yes you will work for ME waited for you all this years now you are here,at a point I was sacred but I now I felt relieved but I asked my self deep down that why would he accept just like that, then he came closer to ME whispering to my ear that "you have to be interviewed first it a very simple one sweet heart you will be fine" then I said to him sir please when can I come for the interview he said to ME here and now I answered I'm ready sir then he said to ME you will have to prove to ME that you worth been my maid I answered how sir he told ME to be naked without no cloth on I was shocked tears rolled down I told him I'm sorry sir I can't do it, he said but you wanna make a living right, you have to pass this interview first he came closer to ME I was shivering and was very scared at the same time because this is wrong I'm just a girl ...tears rolled down then I pushed him away tried to make my way out but he got the keys to the door with him.. "what can I do please someone help me" I cried inside of ME.... Crying for help.. He walked closer to ME.... (what will Anita do at this point) watch out for episode 2..
