Does the bottled water you purchase have a shelf-life?

Even though bottled water is not marked with an expiration time, it won't get rotten. What makes a product not get rotten if it doesn't have an expiration date on the ledger? Because of this, New Jersey needs all food and drinks, including water, to be labeled with an expiration date on their packaging. It doesn't matter if reside within New Jersey ... the water you drink can be labeled with an expiration date, which makes it easier to stick onto the container. Certain bottled water brands only carry its bottle date or "best" date. These dates are useful since the flavor of the water can alter over time when it absorbs the chemicals in the packaging.
