It is essential for human to drink water. Water is an integral part of human life and there are numerous benefits to the body and I would share some of the benefits so maybe you also start consuming a little more water every day? These days many of us drink a lot of water and often feel headache, feel dried up in the evening and get sweetened so you drink a lot in the evening and which cause to get up frequently to pee at night, it ends up in a disturbed slumber. Do you recognize yourself?

Now that the month of April is approaching! So many people who feel sickness during hot summer days should start consuming more water to avoid sickness so try to get well with water.  

The throat, nose and mouth have mucous membranes with antibodies that fight against viruses which you can get through the food or air that you inhale. If you do not drink sufficient water, the mucous membranes would get dried and become more susceptible to infections, which can lead to different health issues. More Water

If you do not take enough water, it can cause dryness to your skin and wrinkles on your face. As it is imperative to moisturize the skin on the outside, it is more important to take up more water which also helps moisturize the skin. Reduce dry skin and more lusts!  

You reduce your headache.
With consumption of more water you can reduce chances of headache which is often a result of fluid burn! Better to test a large glass of water than to take a table to minimize the pain and see if this helps. Sometimes you get a head sickness because you are not taking sufficient water.

It is recommended to eat fiber rich foods to reduce constipation and this is very much correct. However, as the fiber rich food is to be thrown up and working in the intestines, the intestines need more water for the fibers to work. So consumption of enough water on daily basis helps your intestines to work properly. 

You get better exercise
During the workout you sweat and lose lot of fluid, so it is highly recommended to fill with water both before and after a workout. In order to make your body work properly, it needs to be filled with plenty of water.  

It is recommended to drink on average between 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day. In case of more physical exertion, workout or heat 3-4 liters a day should be taken.
