Tsasdi Resort Wedding Highlights
It was trying to rain on and off all day at the Tsasdi Resort which is set on a secluded arm of Lake Shasta. The sun would tease us off and on all day, but the rain that did fall didn't dampen our spirits.
They say if it rains on your wedding day, that that is good luck. Is that true?

Technique
Most of the slow motion was shot at 180fps and slow down to 1/3 that speed. I could have gone all the down to 1/6 at 30fps, but I felt that 1/3 had a better aesthetic. It really helps show you the moments between the moments in simple shots like panning across the wedding party that is getting their photos taken.
The Crane2 gimbal makes getting smooth steady shots a breeze. Though you still use good technique moving the camera. The most important thing is what I call the Ninja walk. Basically your upper body stays flat and smooth and your feet are moving heel to toe to keep you from bouncing up and down.
