I do intend to make this my home base in the near future :)
I have to admit I could happily have there as a home base but the priority for my wife and I is to be byt the kids and grandkids

Ohhy eah thats a very good point, but I am a lot more sensible than when I was younger and visited there I ma getting boring with age LOL
I am sure you are as you know the age is no problem here only money...lol :)
