Walking Wednesday through the countryside, and the aroma of coffee. ☕

The invitation to that Andean region was the best thing that happened to me, I enjoyed days of beach, mountains and have been unforgettable, so my visit to the countryside is one of those wonderful experiences that I could enjoy intensely.

So in my next writings I will be sharing the experience of living in the countryside.
"I like the smell it has in the morning, I like the first swallow of coffee, feel like the sun peeks out of my window and fills my eyes with a beautiful sunrise ..."

So my experience of the field will be focused on the cultivation of coffee.

Así que en mis próximos escritos estaré compartiendo la experiencia de vivir en el campo. "Me gusta el olor que tiene en la mañana, me gusta el primer traguito de café, sentir como el sol se asoma a mi ventana y me llena la mirada de un hermoso amanecer..."

Y yo disfruto tanto de un rico café en la mañana para comenzar el día.

Así que mi experiencia del campo estará enfocada a el cultivo del café.

The process of planting coffee takes two years to get a enough harvest, it can take a month to collect the mature grain, in those years the sowing is kept clean by desmalming the surroundings.

The work days to collect the harvest are 10 hours, being a very hard work.

El proceso de la siembra del café dura dos años para conseguir una basta cosecha, puede tardar un mes en recoger el grano maduro, en esos dis años se mantiene el sembradío limpio desmalizando los alrededores.

Los días de trabajo para recolectar la cosecha son de 10 horas, siendo un trabajo muy duro.

When the grain passes through The cylinder is left for about 5 days to dry and thus pass it through the thresher.

Al pasar el grano por la cilindradora se deja por unos 5 días para que se seque y asi pasarlo por la trilladora.

Después de este tiempo se pasa por la trilladora para extraer la última concha, se lleva a tostar y por último se pasa por un molino donde el resultado es un riquísimo café listo para consumir.
