**Weekly Report as Steem Representative (18 - 25 June 2024)**

As your Steem Representative, I am committed to keeping the Steem community informed about my activities and progress. Here is my weekly report for the period of 18-25 June 2024:

**Community Engagement:**

* I actively participated in various Steem discussions on Discord, Reddit, and other online platforms to engage with the community and address their concerns.

* I hosted a live stream on YouTube, where I discussed the latest updates on Steem's development and answered questions from viewers.

**Steem Improvement Proposals (SIPs):**

* I continued to review and comment on ongoing SIPs, providing feedback and suggestions to improve their implementation.

* I also submitted my own SIP proposal for increasing the block size to improve transaction processing speed and efficiency.

**Blockchain Development:**

* I worked closely with the Steem development team to resolve outstanding issues and implement new features.

* I helped test and provide feedback on the latest beta release of the Steem blockchain, ensuring that it is stable and secure.

**Governance:**

* I attended a meeting with other Steem Representatives to discuss ongoing governance initiatives and propose new ideas for improving the platform.

* I also participated in a survey conducted by the Steem Foundation to gather feedback from stakeholders on governance-related matters.

**Communication:**

* I published regular updates on my social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to keep the community informed about my activities and progress.

* I also responded to community requests for information and clarification on various Steem-related topics.

**Other Initiatives:**

* I collaborated with other Steem Representatives to organize a community event, which will take place later this year. The event aims to bring together Steem enthusiasts and stakeholders to discuss the future of the platform.

* I also participated in a meeting with a potential partner organization to explore opportunities for collaboration and integration with Steem.

**Challenges:**

* One of the main challenges we faced this week was dealing with a surge in user complaints about delayed transaction processing times. I worked closely with the development team to identify the root cause of the issue and implement a solution.
