Weight loss tips
These tips I used on my weight loss journey which helped fasten the results. You always need to keep in mind that these tips aren't some magical tricks that will make you lose weight overnight. Keep in mind that you should exercise and eat healthy but most importantly...DO NOT CHEAT!!!
Water
I know you've heard this a thousand times but water it's the way to go. It flushes out toxins out of your body, clears the skin, helps fasten your metabolism and also keeps you full during the day, thus making you not to over eat. You can also put some slices of lemon and/or mint leaves to make infused water so it's easier to drink it throughout the day.Breakfast
A rule that my mother taught me. Always have a full breakfast before 10 am. Supposedly, our body burns everything we've eaten in this certain period of time. Also, breakfast it's the most important meal of the day, because it gives us the proper energy to get going. Make sure to eat a healthy meal like a smoothie bowl, or some wheat toasted bread with mashed avocados on top etc..Green Tea
It is high in antioxidants which improve the function of our body. Drink it 3 times a day before each meal, it will fill you up a bit and also work it's wonderful nutritional magic.Sugar
DO! NOT! TAKE! IT! Forget those soda cans, cups of coffee's filled with sugar, cakes, candy, syrups, FORGET IT ALL!
Go for natural sugars found in many different fruits, but never over do it. The key to a healthy diet is to keep a great balance of the things you take in.
5."Magic drink"
My grandma used to make this all the time for my mom and it definitely helped her lose those extra pounds off of her.
It should only be taken in the morning with an empty stomach.
A warm glass of water with 2-3 teaspoons cinnamon, a teaspoon of honey, and some grated ginger.
I recommend substituting the water with orange juice at first because I am assuring you, it's hella strong.
- Don't over stress
Stressing over about a weight loss journey it's a no no. It will make you give up and keep your mind on the food, making you prone to binge eat. Download a fitness tracker or a diet one. Find you motivation. Do this with a friend and always keep a positive attitude towards this. Never give up, because hard work pays off.
