Evevoyage’s Kitchen | Nasi Lemak
Today’s lunch, simple yet satisfying!
Nasi Lemak is a national dish of Malaysia/Singapore, where it is eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or anytime!).
A typical plate of Nasi Lemak, is a coconut rice served alongside spicy sambal, fried anchovies, roasted peanuts, sliced cucumber and hard-boiled eggs.
My version of Nasi Lemak is served with homemade less spicy sambal, omelette, sliced cucumber and roasted chicken wings. These are the ingredients I can get from my fridge and pantry HAHA! Impromptu cook always the best!
As always, ENJOY!
Make me feel so hungry now
This is what I like to hear! Haha! Thanks for reading my post :)
oh it looks really good, maybe you can give me the recipe cause i love chicken wings
Sure! I’m kind of person who adds a pinch of this or a smidge of that, my apologies I don’t have the exact proportions. My chicken wings marinated with light soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. You may try it :)
Im gonna try it hahah thanks a bunch
