I noticed that on WEKU there is almost more engagement on posts even though there is no exchange to cash out to yet. Which is pretty interesting. I think that a lot of people's experience with STEEM is that they feel they can't ever become successful or they "missed it". There were really only a very small handful of people who were able to make a substantial amount off creating content here and some of them have been able to continue to earn decent based on STEEM power they earned previously but those days are over. Unfortunately no one can really come here and sustain themselves as a content creator which isn't good for something that is supposed to be a content platform with a market cap of $241 Million.
But that is what it is. I have sort of changed my perspective and expectations of what is going to happen with this platform.
People are seeing Whaleshares and WEKU as a chance to maybe be the small handful of people who made significant amounts of money on STEEM
Sure, I agree with you. It looks like the golden years of Steemit was gone, and we don't even have a chance to be a whale in the regular way.. Therefore this emerging plattform looks like a new oportunity to start the game again and be successfull
Yeah I agree. No one really even became a proper whale off of content creation but a small handful caught a solid chunk of coins. The new platforms give us some more hope for sure.
Indeed the creators of content aren't the only who can see an opportunity in a new reset of steemit, there are another actors like the witness who can be really big, the exchanges too, recently into the Spanish community someone is changing wekus by steem and learning from the mistakes of steemit the way could be more easy. It looks to me like steemit is an ocean and this new platforms are seas... In a poetic way

Whaleshares has a core community culture and zero bidbots. People still crave interaction with humans and that will always be the case. It will be interesting to see how these platforms grow... is Weku going to be a blockchain???

Yeah WEKU is a more exact clone of STEEM.

There is no exchange yet but a lot of us are banking on getting on early and building a lot of power and then seeing what happens.
