WhatsApp brought 'media preview' feature, now media can be downloaded from notifications

The WABTIphone has given information that the new extensions are available in the version 2.18.80 of the featured app in iOS app, for testing of new Whatsapp features. It allows users to download images and GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) from notification only if the auto-download option of users is not activated. This means that it will not be necessary to access the app, but this kind of media can be downloaded from the notification bar.

The company has not yet provided any information about when it will be released for Android users.
