#WHATSCOOKINGCHALLENGE: Vegetarian Pad Thai in my way! 👌
I really appreciate Thai cuisine because you can find a lot of interesting flavors and colors in it. In addition, the kitchen is extremely fast to make and thanks to the availability of many vegetables also very healthy.😋
I present to you my way to make homemade Pad Thai in a vegetarian style - with a guarantee of delicacy. 😉
Ingredients needed for two servings:
200 g rice noodles (5 mm) / 200 g mushrooms / 1 red paprika / 1 red onion / 1 carrot / 2 "happy" eggs / 3 cloves garlic / 1 bunch of chives / 1 handful of sprouts stir-fry / 5 tablespoons of soy sauce / 1 tablespoon tamarind paste / 1 flat teaspoon of sauce sriracha / 1 teaspoon of sugar reed / 2 tablespoons of lime juice / 1 tablespoon of ajvar paste / 2 tablespoons of oil.
Execution:
We wash and cut all the vegetables (carrots rub on a grater) - we have to do it right away because later there will be frying action.🔥
Warm up the pan on the largest possible fire, pour the oil and start with onion, after a minute, add the mushrooms, fry together for two - three minutes.
Then add the garlic, stir fry, carrot and paprika, fry until tender for about five minutes.
Season everything, add eggs (cut them well) and add cooked rice noodles, mix everything so that the flavors are combined.
We put the pasta on a plate, at the end sprinkle with cut chives and a little sprouts.
Banally simple and fabulously tasty 😋 If you like spicy cuisine, I guarantee that it will be very tasty and maybe even for a moment you will feel like in Bangkok.😎
