HOMEMADE CHEESE BREAD

Ingredients:
500 grams wheat flour
2 cups of water
25 grams fresh yeast
100 grs. grated Parmesan cheese (can also be cream cheese)
A spurt of oil
Salt and pepper
Step by step to make homemade cheese bread:
You will see that knowing how to make homemade cheese bread is not difficult at all. The flour is taken and with it a crown is formed, that is to say that there is a hollow in a circle in the center. Meanwhile, the yeast is dissolved (learn how to make homemade bread without yeast) in one of the cups of warm water, with a pinch of sugar. Then the cheese and all the seasoning are incorporated to start kneading. It can be used instead of warm milk water, this will give it a special and original touch. Knead until an elastic dough is obtained, a dough that does not stick in your hands and then leave it to rise, well covered for about an hour. After this time, two loaves are formed, while the oven is preheating. The dough is left to rest for half an hour more, and then it is placed in the oven at a temperature of 200ºC.
When the loaves are already browned both inside and outside, but not raw (it is tested by inserting a toothpick in them), they are removed from the oven and allowed to cool if possible on a rack. Cooking is approximately 25-30 minutes.
Cheese can also be added to the top of homemade breads before putting them to cook in the oven. This touch gives it a special flavor and a completely different view. This cheese bread is used to accompany meals, and of course to eat alone or spread with some kind of sweet, or another kind of cheese and thus make different combinations.
