Binance Putting Justin Sun Before Average Users

I have to wonder what the relationship between Justin Sun and CZ really is. It has to be more than a business relationship because he is stopping average users from getting to their funds on the exchange, allowing Justin Sun to get at recently powered down Steem on that exchange first. The question I have to ask Justin Sun is, Who is your daddy?
