Fort Worth backyard vineyard

Who ever thought that Texas would be a top-5 producer of grapes and wines. I have 420 Sangiovese vine just north of Fort Worth (near Eagle Mountain Lake). The vines are dormant and I will begin winter pruning for the third leaf (third year). This year we should have berries to harvest. I will keep everyone up to date as to the status of this years crop.
