Your Mindset
You are what you eat - healthy or rubbish foods.
Same goes, you are what you say you are - your mind is a powerful thing, but you also have the options to choose what you think.
Speak life, so that you do have life - not a life of mediocrity but that of abundance.
In health, happiness, laughter, prosperity, truths, friendships, success, joy, peace and love but most of all, wisdom.
Wisdom to decipher all circumstances of what life throws at us.
We don't have to be right all the time and it's ok, not to understand everything that happens to us; some things are our own personal life lessons and our own personal journey through life.
And, at the end of the day, it totally up to us to accept what has happened and work through it as best as we can; or we can hold to the pain, trauma, disappointments and rejection; blame everyone and everything else for it; causing us more stress and angst, and through it all losing our own peace of mind, whilst burying ourselves in much bitterness.
Letting it go can be a gradual process, it doesn't mean you have to let it all go and forget what has happened; it just means that you are able to deal with all that has happened one small step at a time.
Some pain will take longer to process and heal; humanly, it's impossible for it go away overnight. However, it comes down to you, there's a beautiful thing call free will.
If you are going through something like this, know that you are not alone through your pain. Have hope that the sun will shine again.
