Please witnesses leave each exchange disabled until said exchange allows deposits and withdrawals of the backing asset and the dollar asset particular to the blockchain you are supporting. Stated exchange rates can put be arbitrary numbers when there is no way to do deposits and withdrawals.

Last I checked as of last night, BitTrex still has Steem/SBD/Hive/HBD with the deposits/withdrawals disabled. HitBTC: no Hive yet. Probit: no Hive yet. Huobi: No Hive yet. Binance: Not there yet. Ionomy: only Hive listed but not HBD. I was able to deposit Hive maybe I can buy some satoshis... Looks like this one is legit. The bad news is, there seems to be no exchange that takes HBD, yet.

There is no ETA. I think BitTrex might be next to allow deposits and withdrawals and they offer both Hive and HBD.
