How I wish and wanted to understand everything but my brained says nevermind u can't weeew those programs and terms can't handle it, brain drain and I'm loading hahaha, maybe I'll do keep on posting and keep in hoping to be noticed by the superiors and be merited hahaha

@AusbitBank... Many people have no idea how much work some of the Witnesses do 4 the Steemit Community and quite honestly I'm still learning how much time & effort that You & everyone that You are working with & supporting. I was fortunate to receive guidance from @Aggroed and that's why I voted You & @TeamSteem as Witness a number of weeks ago.

Thank You also 4 the guidance & the suggestions You made in this post.

As many others have already acknowledged... BIG Kudos 2 You !!

Aus, I haven't voted yet because I want to be sure I know the basis: there are a bunch of skallywags on the list that I want to be able to not vote for and check who I do want , but I'm now sure how to do this--do I go thru the list and check who I want and don't want, how many votes do I get are there any of the "good" witnesses not listed that I should write in?
I went and inspected some of the witnesses and found some of the worst "skallywags" with zero posts (or a handful) and zero followers. If you could include again the witness voting page link. Also some appear to be working on other Steem projects so despite no posts and few followers --they may not neccessarily be bad witnesses. thanks again for your hard work...

You get 30 votes and it's tricky because not everyone's efforts are visible via their steemit profile..

These are my current votes :

I theres anyone not wanting to keep track of witness dramas , that trusts my judgement - you can set me as a witness voting proxy at the bottom of the page and it will copy my witness preferences to your account automatically.

Perfect this is exactly what I needed. I'd gone thru the list and circled some peeps including number 21 busy.witness that has 0posts and 100% power-which said to me he wasn't participating--but as you say he may being doing other projects, thanks (since my 6 cents would help you much in the scheme of life I opted to reSteem this)!

I believe the busy.witness account isn't really an active witness , its for funding busy.org development costs (an alternative interface to the steem blockchain). Thanks for the resteem :)

Awesome. Steemviz is working pretty good though would be cool to have a UI refinement. Maybe a ready to use CSS framework may help? I like HackCSS for projects like yours. Much better than overused Bootstrap.

I was wondering what rate the internal SBD to steem conversion takes and had used it for my first couple of conversions... will avoid that from now on!
