Hello Steemit Friends,

as you've probably noticed, I'm just writing posts in italian language for like a month now.
And that's because I decided to contribute to the support and grow of the Italian community on Steemit and now it's my primary goal.

I've joined a group, @steempostitalia and I'm currently focusing my efforts to share my experiences with others italian friends.

The goal of @steempostitalia is to teach to newcomers what to do and what to don't do and how to write quality contents. They also offer personal support to italian newcomers on discord.

There are many smart people in @steempostitalia, always there to help without asking for anything in return. It's a great group and I'm proud to be a part of it.

I believe that the future of Steemit lies in the birth of different small community. Men organize itself into community since time began..

..Town, states, continents. Religious belief. Political parties...

Why would it be different for Steemit?

Well, my dear fellow, I'm here to ask your support!

Four members of our group, launched a Steem Witness with the goal to improve and support Steemit community. They are good and respectable people. I can vouch for them.

But Who are witnesses? What do they do?

Here a simple explanation.

First of all, Witness has the same task as Miners against Bitcoin. They operates the witness server which generates the block and issues the STEEM (against USD) price feed to the blockchain.
Then Witness is responsible for generating Blocks; this is the most important aspect of their role: documenting every vote, post, transfer and placing the same in the blockchain and documented on the block.
They have decision-making power in Steemit Blockchain Hard Fork.

It is, as you must know, in both of our best interests to choose the most reliable Witnesses.

Which is why I'm asking you for give your vote to davinci.witness!

Ciao a tutti gli amici di Steemit,

Come avrete probabilmente notato, da un mese a questa parte scrivo articoli solo in lingua italiana.

Questa scelta dipende dalla mia volontà di contribuire e supportare la crescita della comunità italiana presente su Steemit. Adesso è diventato il mio obiettivo principale!

Mi sono unito a un fantastico gruppo, @steempostitalia e sto concentrando tutti i miei sforzi per condividere le mie esperienze con gli altri amici Italiani.

L'obiettivo di @steempostitalia è quello di insegnare ai nuovi membri cosa fare e cosa non fare in Steemit e fornire un supporto per scrivere buoni articoli. Loro offrono anche un aiuto diretto nel loro canale di Discord.

Ci sono persone davvero in gamba in @steempostitalia, sempre pronte ad aiutare senza pretendere nulla in cambio. E' davvero un gran bel gruppo e sono fiero di farne parte!

Io sono fermamente convinto che il futuro di Steemit risiesa nella nascita di tanti piccoli gruppi. Gli uomini si organizzano in comunità sin dalla notte dei tempi...

..città, stati, continenti. Credo religiosi. Partiti politici...

Perchè dovrebbe essere diverso per Steemit?

Bene, miei cari amici, sono qui per chiedervi aiuto!

Quattro membri del nostro gruppo, hanno creato un Steem Witness con l'obiettivo di migliorare e supportare la comunità di Steemit. Sono persone in gamba e rispettabili. Garantisco io per loro.

Ma chi sono i witnesses? Qual è il loro ruolo?

Ecco una semplice spiegazione.

Prima di tutto, per chiarirvi le idee vi dico che i Witness hanno lo stesso ruolo dei Miners con Bitcoin. Loro mantengono operativi i Witness server che generano i Blocchi ed emettono il prezzo di STEEM (riferito al dollaro) sulla blockchain.
Il Witness è quindi responsabile per la generazione dei blocchi; è l'aspetto principale del loro ruolo: documentano ogni voto, articolo e trasferimento di "moneta" che avviene nella blockchain e lo documentano sui Blocchi.
Hanno potere decisionale nelle Hard Fork della blockchain di Steemit.

E', come potete capire, nell'interesse di tutti scegliere i Witnesses più affidabili.

Questo è il motivo per il quale vi chiedo di votare per davinci.witness!
