Didn't get past the above statement. My interpretation is that the top 20 basically votes themselves in with the support of one hand full of users,
Slightly outdated yet basically how things stand voting power wise.
All the more reason to institute 1:1 voting so one witness can only vote for themselves instead of themselves and 29 other people.
This post has nothing to do with who's in the top 20 or how they get there.
It is my own platform for when I start my own witness node.
