Have you ever witnessed any wedding in which the priest pronounced the couple as 'father and mother'? NO, it is always 'husband and wife'. So why are we neglecting our primary role in marriage? To some couples, the day the Lord bless them with child(ren), that ends their being 'husband and wife', even to the extent of the way they address each other. Stop calling your spouse 'daddy' or 'mummy' or by your children's name. What happened to the 'Darling' you got wedded to? While to some people, they are 'husband and wife' in the bedroom but outside bedroom, they are 'daddy and mummy'... Never get so engrossed with your children to the extent that you stop being romantic with your spouse.
If you don't know, I will tell you, calling your spouse daddy or mummy will only bring out their parental role, character towards you, you are not your spouse' child. Call your spouse by the customized name you gave him/her that no one dare call them (if you don't have, get one ..... Darling, Honey, Mine, Best Choice, or even their first initials e.g MT, ST, ZM etc), this will bring out the romantic side (the loving side) of your spouse to you.
Never stop being 'Husband and Wife' because you are now 'Daddy and Mummy'.
Dignity must and will be restored to womanhood.
