RE: Economic freedom is not a real freedom. Real freedom comes from morale and courage

Yes!

Real freedom comes from morale and courage

I whole heartily agree.
And, I also think that economic independence doesn't give men more freedom in and of itself despite the popular myth that men wear independence more naturally.
It may give power but power doesn't grant independence, in fact it probably, usually, creates even greater dependence.
No matter how much someone wraps themselves up in wealth, or power, or prestige, in the end what is important to all of us is to recognise and value of other people (and to have the same in turn).
No amount of wealth and power can buy good will.
Like I said to a colleague today, whilst working my day job, why do people even strive to succeed? Do they do so for the sake of success? Do they do so to merely feel self important? Do they think they can buy happiness?
Give me the simple trust and respect harboured and cherished with people I value and love. There is no greater cause of freedom then this.

Thanks for sharing thoughts and inspiring.
