Women's empowerment is the process of build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability. It refers to increasing and improving the social, economic, political, and legal strength of the women, to ensure equality right to women. Women's empowerment has to manage risk and their economic status and well-being.

Women's empowerment is very important for women. A large number of women around the world are unemployed because of the unequal opportunity for women at workplaces. It helps women to stand on their own legs, become independent and also to earn for their family which grows country's economy.It is the necessity for the development of society and it also leads to decrease in domestic violence. It is one of the main procedural concerns when addressing human rights and development.
