Sometimes there are places to eat which impose a work shift, but there is also a need to work all day from open to close. Just imagine if in the middle of lent, although not many people are packed, you're exposed to the aroma of food nor drink freshness that makes really swallowed. After the break, you must instead serve a bustling food orders and we just had to eat for a short while only.
