Introduction

The DAO of the WorkQuest project is an entity of the internet whose system is void of central administrators or third parties and whose regulation is carried out automatically using a set of guidelines enforced on the general blockchain. The DAO aims to bring people together to autonomously achieve a common target.

What then is WorkQuest project DAO's mission? It is a transparent, open, grassroots, fully global, and decentralized labor market. It will be used to enhance the worldwide recruitment with like a mission. The application of DAO assists in making individuals unite and on a particular project with more ease and focus. Blockchain technology is known for its transparency just as WorkQuest DAO follows the steps by making sure with good access to the internet,

The WorkQuest project DAO gets their labor force in a dynamic manner such that the requirements for entering are made as easy as possible to ensure the joining and entry of new individuals. It is an organization that is autonomous and decentralized, used to control and maintain the platform (WorkQuest) and WUSD (Work USD).

DAO Tokens

This WUSD is classified as a stable coin under cryptocurrency. Its goal is to make sure the coin's worth is close to the dollar in every way possible by a system automated for smart contracts upon WorkNet technology.

A significant characteristics of the DAO is the use of two tokens by the platform; besides the Work USD, it also makes use of the WQT Token (WorkQuest Token); the management token. Individuals who hold the WorkQuest token are at the topmost level as decision-makers in WorkQuest DAO. They are responsible for managing the WorkQuest system and partaking in the system's advancement. Although, when the decisions made by holders flop, they bear the losses incurred.

The WQT role in management is used to choose primary areas for sustaining and operating this project for the long term in times of risk control and business reasoning.
