Building Workstation guide 2017-2020 (for absolute beginners)

A workstation is a special computer designed for technical or scientific applications. Intended primarily to be used by one person at a time, they are commonly connected to a local area network and run multi-user operating systems.
Chapter 1: Minimum Requirements.
Before you list the spec, please check out the minimum spec requirements from each software if you are on the budget.

Chapter 2: How to list spec?
CPU: Adobe Programs - Get highest clock speed as much as possible (4.7GHz is recommended)
Vegas/Maya/Blender - Get high core count and clock speed (8 core 16 thread is recommended)
GPU: Adobe Programs - Get nVidia GeForce graphic cards without Ti version or nVidia Quadro or AMD FirePro only!
Vegas/Maya/Blender - No particle GPU.
Ram: 16 GB DDR4 is recommended
PSU: 80+ Gold certification is recommended
Storage: 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD is recommended
