RE: Ethics

in #worldview7 years ago (edited)

Is it ethical? This is a good question. The answer is not so simple though. You see I am an ethical person. And I don't do anything to hurt or offend someone who hasn't done it to me first. In my opinion being second to hit always puts me in an ethical place. :D

Sort:

I mean a set of ethics, principles.
That can be a canon, can be taught, is subject to change but is meant to be a guide. The opposite of a knee-jerk reaction; a way of building confidence in our ability to make the right decision in any given situation.
Perhaps I'm too idealistic, hoping for the best while knowing that mistakes must be made along the way.
The audience is my kids, mostly, although I won't deny that I evaluate others' behaviour too...

Having ethical principles in one's life comes from good judgment imo. However, good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from poor judment. So it gets a little complicated.
Mistakes are necessary so we can improve, and do it better and better moving forward :)

Please don't hijack my post, skeete. You're the guy who posted pornographic pics of your ex girlfriend on this site.

I'm sure she didn't have knowledge that you were posting those.

You need help.

Dude. Not cool.
