I belive those phrases were especially made to dupe people or to get attracted towards such beautifull looking islands....though there must be many hidden messages .in each phrases..which needs ro be taken care by the customers Reading your eatimation first created a doubt..how it can be so accurate..but now i underatand the logic behind it.....
