Oh! it's morning again!” he shouted as the alarm beside him began to ring. He tapped the alarm fuming in slight anger. He worked with a Pharmaceutical firm with offices around the globe so he was well to do, averaging over 500k bucks annually. He owned several porch cars.
He got into the shower wasting no time with scrubbing. Soon, he was in his car singing along with Jay Z’s latest album as he drove to the office complex to get done with the job for the day. Monday’s was always a busy day in his life and today was no different as he worked all through the morning until evening. As he closed from work, he decided to head downtown to Cozy Clubhouse to chill for the evening.

“Two glass of whiskey,” he said sliding a $5-dollar bill towards the waitress.
“Here is your whiskey,” she said flipping her eyes in a sort of romantic manner.
“Thanks” he replied shrugging off the thoughts from his mind. He sipped the drink slowly watching as people strolled hand in hand with their girlfriend.
He felt this bad feeling of being single but deep down he knew he wasn’t cut out for any commitment issues. He hurriedly finished his drink rushing out of the door as he answered the incoming call he bumped into a lady who was walking in. Her scream caught his attention;
“Are you blind?” she shouted at the man, although he was nervous, he scanned the girl she was in her mid- twenties.
“Hey! I am sorry but you can see I am not blind” he replied back to the girl.
“But can I buy you a drink?” he said as he stood aside for her to walk in. He knew she would be thinking what idiot he was after pushing her down he, expected her to quietly accept the drink that he offered to her.”
“No thanks,” was the answer and she walked away without saying a word. He walked after her and pulled the hand and said.
“Why can't we become friends and make it up?” he proposed, taking out his complimentary card from the pocket, he handed it over to her as he collected hers. Getting home, he reminisced about his evening club experience and all he could do was laugh at before drifting off to sleep. He woke up the next day morning and all he could think of, was the picture of her face and her name. He was surprised for no lady had ever made him feel like that. He got to the office and just couldn’t seem to concentrate for it was as if she hovered around his thinking realm. He stepped out of the office and headed for the car. As he got into the car, he searched the compartment of his car for her card.
“Hey Lady!” he said as he awaited her reply.
“Hello, who is this?” she said and he was really amazed.
“O God! I hate her guts….” He muttered silently.
“The guy that bumped into you at the club yesternight,” he said. He heard her laughing loudly and they discussed with a dinner booked later at night.

Days turned into months and she knew he was hooked on this. She shared lots of his likes and she made him super-good and this made him love her more as they shared memories and past events. He made paintings for her with her fine face glowing in the portrait, he knelt down with a box in his hand he said;
“Will you marry me?” he said gazing firmly at her eyeball but deep down he was asking the question, how did I get this far in love? He was so lost in his thought that he couldn’t even her believe when she said,
“Yes,I will be your, she replied with a smile on her face.”
They hugged each other and held hands together as they walked into the future.
