Plagiarism should be flagged at a moments notice! If you see someone steal other peoples work we should punish them by giving them a flag.
On a side note, I made a post about Upvoting your own content, I think if you read it you will be with me. It is written in English but I think you can understand.
If you want to do a Korean version of it you have my permission my friend :D
