"Writer's Block" is your steemit nemesis!
Writing is one of, if not the most, crucial part of being an active steemian. But then there are those days when you suddenly lose your creative bone, you feel like you have used up all your creative thoughts, no more new work is going to get squuezed out of you. You want to give in and give up.
Raise your head, bud!
It happens to every writer, from the new to the masters of the pen. It could last a few minutes to a few lifetimes.
But fear not, after numerous writer's block attacks I have found numerous solutions to it.
Pick your fit and see what works the best for you.
Here are few solutions that worked for me:
• Start writing some time later. Maybe this isn't the time when the creative side of the brain feels like complying.
• Get physical. In the sense; go for a stroll or hit a set of jumping jacks. Your brain needs ample blood and oxygen pumped into it to the perform at it's peak.
Personally, I try to beat my personal record of push-ups.
• Find a new fav spot. Switch places and positions to find where you feel the most comfortable in.
• Chillax!. Grab a cup of tea, listen to your favourite genre of music, or just sit quite and let your thoughts flow.
Super hack
• Just start typing! Even if it's gibberish. If you do have a topic in mind, eventually you will find yourself on track. Omit the nonsesnse when you are done. (Make a chart of topics you would like to write about beforehand).
Ultimate hack
• Start from the end if you have the theme in your mind. Think of the conclusion, the ending, the cessation, whatever have you. Brick by brick, feed in the buildup to the conclusion and ta-da! you have reached the first word.
Writer's block - defeated!

Nice job! I've actually tried that writing backward's trick - and it DOES work for me! :)
Now I have to know. What's your personal record for push-ups? ;)

Starting from the end is a good one. You know the outcome. So you just have to think how to start this.
Sometimes I just write and don't know where it is going to end. It's exciting when you don't know how it is going to end. Later, I see, yes, it's a good post. Thank you @blind-spot for pointing the spot of writer's block and sharing your experience!
It sure does work!
Don't you think having the intention to put out something new and exciting is the first step towards beating writer's block?
@rezoanulvibes
Yes, I think so. Sometimes I read post and make a comment. And later I think I have a lot of things to say about it. So I write a blog post explaining more about that particular topic. It's not that I'm looking for making content. I see, read, and get the idea to put my voice on that. That's it.
WOW! That's an eyeopener. I never thought about it in that way.
Do you prefer sitting at home and writing or on the move?
If you write a long blog post, it's better sitting in a place, it could be at home, office, or any other place and write. Sometimes I also make content on the go.
It was nice taking to you in the comment section. I have to go now. See you later.
Not a truer word spoken that I can relate, many times I panic thinking well I have nothing to write about, that I think well don't write and wait for the insipration, suddenly there it is and I feel the need to blog.
I so know what you are talking about! It's funny how the idle brain just needs its simulation to thrive...and voila!there you have the material for your next blog!!
