So, to my fellow members in the club, ever wondered why those amala joints are always run by alhajas? Just wondering...
From Iya-Ope in Mokola-Ibadan; to Skyebank amala at Bodija; to White House in Yaba, and Olaiya in Shitta; and then this place opposite Landmark at VI-Extension (Oniru) - Lagos; to this one amala-joint like that in Gwagalada-Abuja... ALL run by Alhajas...
- Is there a Competency Edge here we should consider?
- Is Talent Supply within the "Amala Joint industry" resident majorly in talent-pools of Alhaja?
- Is there a Skills Transfer system among the talent pool - among Alhajas?
- Is there Succession Planning within these talent pool? Founder of Olaiya in Shitta passed on- and her children have taken over and re-branded the place..
- Is it possible that outside the Talent-pools of Alhajas, we may observe dearth of talent?
I intend to do a business case study on this relationship between Amala Joints and Alhajas seriousface
