Dealing with Stress!!

What life is and what it turns out to be, are 2 different things.
They say: “Life is what you make It"
Its very common in today's life, to see people trying to cope up with stress, whether it be your home, your workplace, your peer group. It’s everywhere.
At times you feel, it’s even present in the air you breathe.
But is it even a reality?
The answer is NO!! [In capital letters]
It’s all in the Mind. The more negative you grow, the more stressful your surrounding becomes. It’s all about what you are being receptive to. Looking at the pros & cons of every situation, is a given way of life, but thinking about pre-assumed possibilities is in no way helpful.
Stress is stressful not only to the person dealing with it but also to the people they are surrounded with.
Stress is like micro organisms. The more you feed, the more they grow. Don’t feed them and they eventually die.
As I mentioned earlier, “Its all about releasing the negativity. Letting it all out, which will eventually create space for new filtered thoughts.”
By this I mean:
New thoughts and new ideas will leave no space for thoughts that are misleading and ugly. It’s all about breathing in as much positivity as u can.
“Positive Vibes Only” is recommended by people a lot nowadays. But don’t you think, this is just another way of hiding your pain and all other emotions you are going through?
I believe, every individual should be okay with bad times, because they make good times even better.

Sometimes it is not easy to just push out the negative as it is, as you have mentioned, this is a mind battle ground. The best way is to (like you said) choose the positive side with baby steps, look around you, and you will know that there's so much things you can give thanks for, because most of the time, the little choices of looking at the good that you have / obtained / posses actually outweighs the bad. When things are less likely to self-consume / self-occupied, it is actually more bearable.
