El dia de hoy quiero seguir compariendo consejos para ayudar el medio ambiente, y esta ves es el llamado a contaminar menos, nosotros por naturaleza y asi no querramos siempre estamos contaminando de una u otra forma, pero podemos ayudar ha hacelo menos cada ves, y como?, bueno utilizando el coche cada ves menos veces, utilizar el transporte publico o si puedes utiliza la bicicleta, y asi ayudas al medio ambiente y te ayudas a ti mismo, asi ejercitas tu cuerpo, y te sentiras mejor contigo y con el medio ambiente, ayudemos entre todos podemos amigos.
